Our experience although it was a very difficult one. They really made us feel like a part of their family. You could really feel their genuine support and I was really impressed with how clean and beautiful their funeral home is. They made my son look so beautiful and sharp. I loved the way the funeral director made it so calming when I went to go pick up my mom's remains she had her in a box which was then put in a velvet bag that was surrounded by candles and flowers along with a sail boat and a poem. It was such an amazing experience then she carried the remains for me out to my car. I very much loved this place.
We buried my dad here last week. Peaceful atmosphere , nice praying and lounge rooms. Everything went well with help of their nice stuff. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I have been so frail walking this road of losing our 8 yr old daughter. The first person I talked to was Levi and he was extremely gentle and caring as I asked a multitude of questions. We went in and met Jalynn. I didn’t realize that planning a funeral is as complicated as planning a wedding. It’s very overwhelming. Jalynn listened and had advice on ways we could do things or what we could skip. She made it clear we could do what we wanted to do. There’s no set way to proceed a funeral. Especially for a child. She listened to us and catered this experience to our daughter and us. It was beautiful. There was no pressure, or I would have snapped, it was all what we wanted for our baby girl. Jalynn communicated every step and had gentle reminders when we needed to get things done. She honored our wishes no matter how unique and she sent me text messages with all the steps of cremation. I wanted to know what was going on and she made sure I knew what was happening.
Just had my dads funeral today and it turned our perfect! I have the privilege to know Diane from high school and she did an amazing job with calming my nerves and checking in on me from time to time! She and others put a funeral together that marked every box! Couldn’t have asked for more!
